I was lost, and now I found,
I could not see, what was all around.
I did not hear, I did not listen,
I felt your Spirit, I felt it glisten.
I could not see, I had no vision,
The world had taught me, dual division.
I felt the love, but didn't understand,
The Love in my heart, was put there by God's hand.
Sometimes the wisdom, I could see,
But my ego told me, it was just me.
I was lost and now I found,
My Spirit of God, was always around.

venting
When you live so very near, and you tell Him on facebook,
How much you love your father dear.
But you don't have the time, just say how much you care,
But just can't spend the dime.
No time to visit or to send a card, then let me tell you a few things about your Dad.
and the times he worked so hard.
To keep food in your belly, and clothes on your back,
the love in his heart, that somehow you lack.
Oh, your going to church, isn't that just fine.
Give them your love, and drink the wine.
But remember this sunday, was meant for your Dad,
and you don't have the time, Isn't that sad.

Global Warming or GLOBAL WARNING
What is going on in this great big world? Floods, hurricanes in Arizona, droughts in California and the Midwest.
Earthquakes in diverse places around the world. Old volcanos erupting after being still for ages.
What is going on?
Some call it global warming, but I think we should rethink that a little.
I believe it is Global Warning.
A warning to look at ourselves and think about what we are doing to cause these catastrophes.
Mother Earth is trying to tell us to stop the way we are thinking, and to slow down and realize that, yes, we are the cause of these problems. It is not outside ourselves but it is what lies in our hearts where we should look, as a society as well as individually.
Abortion, war, suicide, anger and disease are spreading across the world in epidemic proportions because we, as a people are not thinking right.
Do we love our neighbors? or just put up with them?
Do we love each other? or just put everyone on ignore?
Should we do just what ever we want to? or should we do what we know is right?
Are we afraid to speak out? when we see a wrong? or do we hide in our homes and stay out of sight.
As we watch mother nature swirl around us in fear, we give it a name like global warming. It is something outside us, we can't stop it, "oh dear".
When the fact remains Mother Earth is calling us to think. To realize our society is on the wrong track. So let us realize that it is not global warming we need to consider or worry about.
It is GLOBAL WARNING that we must listen to.
Romans ch. 13, vs. 9-14

God Is Love
Dear friends:
I feel a strong commitment to remind the young and old of the age old teaching of the Love of God and the importance of loving yourself as well as others. Love is an actual energy or substance of which the Universe is made and held in place, without it we would all perish- It is not some unimportant ingredient of life without first priority Love is you primary obligation on this planet, and if you deny yourself love, you will become stunted, probably ill, but it is your choice, by God's gift.
In a day where young people are committing suicide so often it has become an epidemic.
In a day when the dollar has become our god.
In a day when trying to stay alive by taking every conceivable drug, because of our fear of death.
In a day when war and destruction is dominant in every form of communication,
Darkness Prevails
Great teachers since the beginning of time have been sent by the Creator to help us make the right choices because we were given our free agency.
That free agency has become a blessing and a curse.
A blessing because it allows us to choose our life course.
A curse because we make the wrong choices.
God teaches that we love one another. Love is the life source of all creation, and it seems we are forgetting that all too often.
I close by calling all to arms, Seek God, Seek His Love, Pray and meditate as a society to bring light and love into the world.

Healing Meditation
John Ch. 14, vs.14: If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Train yourself to still the outer world around you even if it is only five minutes, then call on the Mighty Creator I Am That I Am with all the calm earnestness and peaceful assurance that you will be heard and healed.
Healing meditation
Lie down on your bed, close your eyes, Thank God for your Blessings. ( no need to specify)
Ask God to send His Pure White Light of Healing to your mind, body and spirit.
THEN
Visualize God's Pure White Light entering your feet, and feel his Healing Spirit enter as the light moves up your body. Visualize the light Healing each of the most painful area's that need to be healed.
THEN ASK AND REPEAT
"Release the pain in Jesus Name", "Release the pain in Jesus Name"
When you feel the pain leave, continue all the way up the body. Specify areas, organs, cell or whatever you feel needs to be healed, by asking is Jesus name.
Example:
"Heal this heart, kidney, liver, head, shoulder, (whatever) in Jesus Name" Then feel God healing your Heart etc. with His Pure White Light. Concentrate and Visualize and Continually Thank God for His Love as it continues to heal.
Do this until you feel refreshed and rested, then go about you life knowing you have been touched by God's Healing Power.
THOUGHTS ARE THINGS. AS YOU BELIEVE, SO SHALL YOU BE.
With my sincere prayers and love. Lila

Designated daughter
In every family where love does abound, God sends a designated daughter to be found.
When parents are feeble and too weak to stand, God sends a daughter to hold their hand.
God always know when the right time will be, to send His designated daughter to help he or she.
Ruth in the bible was that such as one, God showed us in Ruth, what a designated daughter has done.
In every family there's one, sometimes two, standing in line, there's always a few.
Those designated daughters or daughter in laws can always be relied upon.
To help the loved ones when their lives are all spent, after caring and loving their families, God sent.
They can always be spotted, their the ones in the back, standing guard over loved ones,
or carrying a pack.
They step to front to guard and protect, leaving no question, and no right to reject.
In every family, God sends His Love, In the form of that designated loved one,
From His Eternal watch above.

The Family Bond
The Bond that holds a family close. is like a brand new rope.
But as the years pass, and tension begins to form, the rope becomes less flexible,
and the welcomes are less warm.
The rope is stretched and pulled apart, until only a string is left.
The glue of the parents soon pass on, leaving the siblings separate and bereft.
How do we repair a rope, that once was strong and true, but now hangs by the frailest thread.
How do we repair a family, that cries out with fear and dread.
The old rope must be cast away, and a new one to replace.
But the family cannot be cast away, and the family cannot be replaced.
So the willingness of all who share, the sadness of this disgrace,
The Love that held the bond so true, will pass with age and time,
But the family that holds it, carries on,
With your children and mine.

A dream of healing
I was is serious pain behind my left knee, and sometimes all down my leg. I could hardly get out of my chair, beginning in Jan. 2010. I got exrays and mri and there was nothing visible going on. I limped and groaned and wondered what was wrong. Then one night around the 20th of june I had this dream. Garrett and I were standing in front of this deli, looking at bakery things and such, and there was this little old lady /very little/very old, working behind the counter, I thought to myself, she is working very hard for as old as she is, and someone behind me said," she retired once already and she has vorked here quite awhile." As I watched her work, I felt a bonding to her.
The next scene, she was opening the back door of the deli and motioning for me to follow her, when I walked through the door a man was facing me and he touched both my clavicles on each side . Then the next thing I know , I was face down, levitated in the air about 3 feet of the floor. The little lady was examining me and she felt my back and said."oh I see" and I thought to myself, she has found the problem becouse I knew my back had been bothering me for some years, then she said,"it will take me six more sessions before I can fix this." I noticed that I gradually began to have less pain and by Oct. 10th I had no pain at all and I am walking better than I have for quite some time. I guess the deli lady healed me. Thanks and Glory be to God the Father and His Son Jesus.

Sadie saves a life+
Our daughter-in-law is a type one diabetic and her blood sugar drops very low quite often. When she was staying with us one night, her little dog sadie, who is closely bonded to her, always sleeps with her and never leaves her side, came into the bedroom and woke me up. that seemed unusual so I went to check on steph and she was passed out. Her blood sugar was so low, that when we called 911 and the paramedics came, they couldn't get a count. Thanks Sadie for saving Steph.
true stories of inspiration
Weldo died and one year later came to his grand-daughter in a dream. He was in his home where his wife was still residing and he was in the basement pointing to a certain spot.. He was not one to do much talking so it wasn't to surprising to see him just point. The grand-daughter went to her husband about this dream and felt there was something going on. So they went to the basement where he was pointing and found a severe gas leak. If they had waited much longer the whole house would have blown up.
A friend was visiting my daughter and her husband in the rocky mountain range of utah. They were hunting and somehow the friend was separated from the group of hunters. He was not acquainted with the area and became disoriented. He became nervous when he realized he was lost on the mountain. He asked God to assist him in the right direction. A bird kept flying toward him and then flying away. He didn't think about it until it had happened a number of times, then he realized the bird was trying to help him. The bird kept flying in front of him and as he followed the bird, it took him back to the road where the camp was.
My neice is a sales rep for the yellow pages book, one day she decided to go to the in and out for lunch. As she was sitting there she noticed an elderly couple a few tables away looking through a antiquated yellow pages, so she approached them, introduced herself and ask if she could help them. She said she had a newer book in her car. The older man looked at his wife and said,"Tell her what I said this morning"
his wife said," oh honey, never mind"
The gentleman said, " No, tell her what I said this morning"
his wife said, "Well, He held up the old telephone book and said God I need a new telephone book, send me a new book." he got a book and they become friends in that short time.

The Long Black Wall
The long black wall, covered with names.
The dead and the missing, as they play thier war games.
Walking down the list brings to mind the young mens toll.
The list goes on and on of the healthy, courageous soul.
A brother, son or father. A Sister, Daughter too.
Youngsters lives cut short, living years too few.
There stands the long black wall, of the missing and the dead.
Of a was unacknowledged, a witness of confusion, fear and dread.
Does War Justify the justify the loved one lost?
Can war justify the cost?
The veterans left to live it out,
Maimed mentally and physically, within and without.
Stand at attention at the wall,
Catching the loved ones when they fall.
These men of valor, strong and true, still giving their time and strength,
To their Nation of Red, White and Blue.
Many lives were wasted, many lives were saved.
All that is left for us to see, Are the names on the wall....DEEPLY ENGRAVED

Thoughts on the secret of success
Believe in yourself, and trust that God believes in you too.
Have the courage to reach beyond what you can see.
Have the fortitude to walk farther that you thought possible.
Have the motivation to seek new experiences each day.
Believe in yourself..........While keeping close to your God.
As you reach and seek and pray.
Get over the fear of life, then work to get over the fear of afterlife.
Financial success....Do as God tells you to do and He will open avenues of industry, He will open ways to enable you to make a living for all your needs, as well as supply that which God would have you do, as surely as water runs down hill.
When healing through the spirit, we must remember that God almighty is spirit and must be worshiped in spirit. God is spirit and man was made in His image and likeness.
Man is also spirit and must be healed through spirit. We are not healing the body, we are healing
the spirit. The healing comes as we acknowledge the perfection of the spirit of God. We simply
ignore the material body which man has created.
There is rising within me, that Christ Consciousness, That supplies all my needs within my
Body, Mind and Soul.
When you are under the influence of any disease-- repeat-- "I am divine perfection: I live, move and have my being in God." These words repeated over and over will destroy the manifestation of disease.
Have the courage to reach beyond what you can see.
Have the fortitude to walk farther that you thought possible.
Have the motivation to seek new experiences each day.
Believe in yourself..........While keeping close to your God.

Another leaf falls
A leaf falls, to the earth each day,
A human body, falls in much the same way.
The tree and all its branches, gives strength to the leaves of green.
The family tree of human kind, great is the strength of a creator unseen.
One leaf at a time, falls gently to the earth,
relinquishing its strength, to give the young rebirth.
Just as the leaf, our bodies return to dust, leaving the tree of life behind us.
Our spirits to ascend, as in our creator, we put our trust.
The branches overloaded, the old leaf falls away.
The trunk gives its strength, to the young leaf's life,
Nudging the old leaf, releasing it from its existing strife.
A human body, falls in much the same way.
The tree and all its branches, gives strength to the leaves of green.
The family tree of human kind, great is the strength of a creator unseen.

Hope
Hope is like a silver thread, full of strength, yet so easily broken.
Hope stands at the edge, like a shiny token,
Hope is like a glimmering light, sometimes weak, sometimes bright.
Hope stands ready, when all seems lost,
Standing in the gap, when seas are tossed.
Hope gives its light, sending its shining ray.
Hope stands watching, when the hopless pray.
Miracle of a Mustard Seed
You promised me, If I would have faith, the size of a mustard seed.
All things would be possible, and I would have all the faith I need.
So, when trials came upon me, and my faith was sorely tried,
I called upon you, Jesus, Then remembered when I cried,
I called upon your promise, knowing my faith was small,
Asking to give me courage and strength, as I feared a dreadful fall.
As my prayers were answered, and my faith approved,
My heart was overwhelmed with gratefulness, and I realized again,
How great your love for mankind has proved.
What gigantic faith it takes to heal a child, and bless a human blind,
Releasing darkness from the heart, and calling out the demons, to cure a feeble mind.
When all I can muster, is a faith so very small,
Calling on your power, to help us one and all.
Thank you for the promise, for a faith as small as mine,
That it can be granted, as small as a mustard seed,
Created by a hand as great a thine.
All things would be possible, and I would have all the faith I need.
So, when trials came upon me, and my faith was sorely tried,
I called upon you, Jesus, Then remembered when I cried,
I called upon your promise, knowing my faith was small,

The Staff
Our lives are like a wooden staff, all bright and shiny new.
Then heat and cold and waves of time, leaves its residue.
What started out, as a young new limb, ended up, withered, with eyes that are dim.
The staff was found beside a new oak tree, by a youthful lad, of only three.
He brought it home for his father to make, a staff for leaning, that would not break.
As the youth advanced, to his teen age years,
His staff showed the pain, of his heartache and tears.
A small little crack at the crook, by the hand, felt the weight of the boy,
But both continued to stand.
The man was a father, with weights on his mind, Responsibilities galore, but still he was kind.
The cracks became llonger, and the cracks were not few.
The staff became darker, not so bright, not so new.
The man and the staff, both felt the weight, both carried it well.
Both marred by the heat, and the aches of artritis,
Made both the man and the staff, begin to swell.
The man became fifty, and looked back on his life.
He'd weathered many storms, had his share of strife.
The staff became fifty, recognizing the hand,
As it learned on him harder, but he'd come to understand.
The staff was smoother, not so rough to the touch.
But still strong and able, after going through much.
The hair is now white, the children are grown.
The staff becomes weaker, as it creaks and it groans.
Yes, our lives remind us of that tired old staff.
Memories that make us cry, then make us laugh.
The staff that once was young and strong, grows weak and waxes old.
Waiting by the bedroom door, listening for the footsteps, to be held, just once more.
Then heat and cold and waves of time, leaves its residue.

would we treat him differently
Would we treat him differently if he should come today.
Would we treat him differently or would we laugh and walk away?
Would we treat him differently,
Calling out for help in a world of strife and pain,
Asking for his comfort in a world of greed and gain?
Would we treat him differently, than we did so long ago.
When on this earth he traveled, healing pain and suffering,
So we could live and know.
Would our eyes be blind to seeing, would we ask for his advise.
Woulld we hear his words of healing, in a world of greed and vice?
Would we open our arms to him, if he would come tomarrow.
To promise comfort and relief for poverty and sorrow?
Would we treat him differently, if he would come this very day,
Or would we turn our busy backs and go our merry way?
Would we treat him differently or would we laugh and walk away?
Would we treat him differently,
Calling out for help in a world of strife and pain,
Asking for his comfort in a world of greed and gain?

That the United States does'nt end with a piece of paper called,
The Proclamation of Rights, or, The Constitution of the United States of America,
That's where it starts.
Each state is individual, yet united.
Each individual values his or her priviledge to be different, yet united.
The silent majority, you can rest assured,
still exists in abundance, and your welcome aboard.
Standing United, we'll fight to speak our view.
Agreed on opinions, that displease a few.
We believe in God.
We believe in the sacredness of life.
We believe in the importance of family values.
We believe to be a good citizen,
We must love one another, as we would like to be loved.
When any government becomes stronger than freedom can allow,
That is when you will see what the word, united, stands for.
Each citizen, you and I,
Will stand United to defend our freedom.
The so-called, silent majority will loudly proclaim our freedom.
We will stand by our Proclamation of Rights.
We will defend the Original Constitution to the very death.
So welcome to our country, fellow citizen.
You are not entitled to stand with us.
To stand against violence, any injustice, treason.
We're in a time of turmoil, so don't expectto get rich.
But when you join our ranks, you're important,
Whether you're a doctor or digging a ditch.
May God bless and our country.
So every man. woman and child can live long, safe, productive lives
Becoming one of us, are taking on a new dimension.

The Human Race
The race is not always to the swift of gait,
The race can be won if your willing to wait.
The test is not always to be number one,
The test may be to listen,
Seeking the knowledge of, "Thy Will Be Done"
The race of life is not how fast you climb,
The race of life is successful, over the period of time.
The test of life cannot always be measured,
But the race of life should always be treasured.
The test of life is not about grades,
But living life to the fullest,
Before health, spirit and time all fades.
The race is not always to the swift of gait,
The race can be won if your will to wait.
The test is not always to be number one,
The test may be to listen,
Seeking the knowledge of, "Thy Will Be Done."

The race is not always to the swift of gait,

The test is not always to be number one,

He
I've walked at the edge of the shadow,
I've watched as my loved ones passed through.
I reached for His hand in my sorrow,
He held me when dreams failed to come true.
I stood at the edge of the ocean,
I felt the power of His hand.
I know whatever station I find myself.
He'll love me and understand.
His Word is my comfort,
When in pain I cry out to him.
My faith being tried every moment,
As weakness attacks every limb.
But God in his mercy saves me,
and brings me to his side.
I'll rest, in the care of His love and compassion,
And therein will my spirit abide.

But God in his mercy saves me,
and brings me to his side.
I'll rest, in the care of His love and compassion,
And therein will my spirit abide.
